All American internet experience
I had two problems with my previous internet service providers. There were frequent disconnections and speed issues and they were not providing good customer service. While I tried to cope with the connectivity issues but I was unable to file complaints because they were using outsourced helpline. I was unable to understand the fake English accents and poor language skills and those people were unable to decipher my southern accent. Service from copper.net was therefore a breeze of fresh air for me.
I signed up with their dsl service and was surprised to know that they have an entirely American staff with no outsourced helpline. Now I face no problems in conveying any problem that I am facing and both the operators and I can engage in meaningful conversation that results in quick fixing of problems. I have my fair share of horrible experiences with the support staff when I was using the services of other companies. One operator was even unable to speak my name and I was furious at his ignorance. I am thankful to copper.net that they have taken care of this issue and are providing an all American experience for their customers.
Their dial-up internet offer is equally good. Although I have not tried it but a friend is using this package and is completely satisfied. Connectivity is not an issue at copper.net as I have yet to face any blackouts. My internet life is back on track and I could not have been happier.
